[katello-devel] Ruby 1.9 support

What you mean by "not compatible"?

I build all packages on F17 (which means on Ruby-abi 1.9.1).

But of course there are some gems which can be built on ruby-1.9, but 
they do not work there.

One of the example is rubygem-rupport. Which I reported one week ago. 
And I believe Jakub is working on and I expect to send PR sometime this 
week.

If you know about other incompatibilities, then please be specific.
