Ok, it seems I've found the issue, the latest foreman is being built here

http://koji.katello.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=3865

Once all is in nightly repo, it might be green (except the puppet issue I've described before,
but that should be fixable by running katello-configure multiple times)
