[katello-devel] Foreman installation in Katello now optional

Hi,

Part of the PR mentioned in previous mail [1] updates katello-configure in a way
that it doesn't install Foreman by default. This is partly because of Katello-1.3 release
where the integration code is not ready yet, and therefore it makes little sense to install
Foreman.

Another reason is making it possible to install Katello on one machine and Foreman on the other.

There is still a way how to get both pieces at once:

yum install katello-configure katello-configure-foreman

The package katello-configure-foreman turns on the Foreman installation.

It's even possible to install katello-configure-foreman after having Katello
already configured. Just run katello-configure one more time and your done.
(finally some benefits from using Puppet as a back-end for katello-configure:)

Ps.: by the time of writing this mail, the packages are not in nightly yet.
But will be there in few hours.
