[katello-devel] Pulp 2.2 support now in master

Since i was working on restructuring runcible to support multiple pulp 
servers, I wanted to go ahead and get the pulp 2.2 stuff into master, so 
i built a new runcible and have built the newest pulp testing build in 
koji.  Most of the packages should be in the pulp repo,  python-okaara 
maybe be missing, but should show up the next time the nightly mash occurs.

Running  'yum update pulp-server pulp-rpm-plugins'  should suffice to 
update pulp.

The version expected is 2.2.0-0.22

Let me know if you see any issues.
