This sounds like a good plan to me.  We have talked about merging these
scripts before, but I don't think we can do it immediately (we're in the
middle of a release).

Keep the script in a separate package for now if you can, then I think
we should work on merging them in the next couple of sprints.  There are
features of both the Katello and Foreman scripts that we'd like to use,
e.g. the seed files and CLI support from Katello, and the menu from Foreman.
