[katello-devel] Katello nightly with Foreman broken

as of last week our installs of Katello & Foreman together were failing 
because of our switch to a pure Ruby 193 SCL setup for EL6.

In an effort to move to a more recent build of Foreman that includes the 
specfile and scripting changes necessary to run in a SCL enabled mode I 
tagged a newer build of foreman that is now available in Koji into our tag:

$ koji tag-pkg katello-thirdparty-foreman-rhel6 
foreman-1.2.9999-2.201306031242git446fce6.el6

unfortunately the latest foreman has some new deps, roughly the below 
based on a diff between the foreman-build's specfile and foreman's 
develop branch:

will work tomorrow to get these deps into 
katello-thirdparty-foreman-rhel6 so we can use the latest foreman and 
our nightly will start functioning again.
