[katello-devel] Removing Foreman specific UI in faviour of Foreman UI

Hi,

With recent movement towards exposing the Foreman UI directly instead of building
the screens again in Katello, I think it makes sense remove that UI (and probably API
as well) from Katello and focus our efforts to foreman-katello-engine [1] instead.
