[katello-devel] Signo support merged

Hi

I just merged Signo integration to Katello master. I tried to test as 
much as possible nothing will break. However if you have any trouble with 
katello-configure or login, feel free to ping me.

Note that Signo login is enabled by default in production environment so 
you should see a Signo login page on new installations. If you encounter any 
problems and need to login, you can just turn off Signo in configuration. Search 
katello.yml for following

sso:
  enable: true
```
