Hi,

I was trying new Systems tab and tried to perform some operations but 
realized that UI is not refreshing itself after performing some 
operation. To see the changes we need to navigate some other tab.

For ex: Create a system and then delete it. System is deleted but UI 
doesn't refresh automatically and shows the deleted system until we 
navigate to other tab.

Not sure if it is expected in Nutupane or a bug ?
