Yes, the dependencies are what makes up the pkgorder file. But the order
in which packages get installed is solely based on dependencies and where
there are no relevant dependencies the order is alphaphetical if memory
serves, the pkgorder-stuff is only relevant to making iso-images. If you
don't do that it'll still install correctly if the dependecies are
correct, you'll just end up changing CD's after every other package.
