Core includes Dialup?!?

Yup, Red Hat includes redhat-lsb, which requires a ton of non-essential
stuff, to ensure LSB compatibility out-of-the-box.  However, I don't
believe redhat-lsb requires ppp, pppoe or wvdial.  :)
