Unable to get any http requests: Unabletoretreive netstg2.imgfile

Try changing 'ksdevice=eth0' to 'ksdevice=link'.  With 2.6 kernels, the
kernel's idea of what eth0 and eth1 are often differs from the BIOS/PXE
stack.
