how to install a custom XEN kernel & rpm's from kickstart?

Thanx, but what packages do I need to install to get rpmbuild? Like I 
said, I have a barebone CentOS 5.1 x64 system, so it's not installed and 
"yum seacrch rpmbuild" didn't return anything
