rebuild RHEL 6 ISO

I had this problem with RHEL5, so it is probably the same.  You will to
make a copy of the comps (groups) file from the repo and pass that as the
groups file
when creating (recreating the repo).  The createrepo will erase the
directory and contents and regenerate the files.
