They are in EPEL 5.  You probably need to enable the epel-testing
repository.

  yum --enablerepo=epel-testing install \*guestfs\* guestfish

Alternately you can download RPMs directly from out build system.  Any
*.el5 build with a green tick next to it will work from here:

  http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8391

It is best to use the most recent version available, since there have
been significant improvements.
