[Libguestfs] [PATCH] examples/to-xml.c: Don't depend on Gnulib function.

Subject: [PATCH] examples/to-xml.c: Don't depend on Gnulib function.

Since this program is just an example, it shouldn't require
the Gnulib c-ctype functions.
