[Libguestfs] [PATCH 1/2] Sys::Guestfs::Lib: deprecate get_partitions

Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Sys::Guestfs::Lib: deprecate get_partitions (RHBZ#642933).

However the code is left since this function is used
by virt-v2v amongst others.
