[Libosinfo] [libosinfo PATCH 0/3] Add, test and use osinfo_tree_has_treeinfo()

As not all tree entries of osinfo-db have treeinfo, let's add a new
method to get this info.

The third patch "db: improve _guess_os_from_tree checks" basically
obsoletes https://www.redhat.com/archives/libosinfo/2018-December/msg00003.html
