[Libvir] [PATCH] Add error message to virsh setmem/setmaxmem

Hi

Virsh setmem/setmaxmem doesn't output an error message when an invalid
value is set to "bytes".

This patch outputs an error message, when an invalid value is set as
"bytes" of virsh setmem/setmaxmem.
