[Libvir] How libvirt handles QEMU?

libvirt currently uses a daemon (libvirt_qemud) which keeps a connection 
to the qemu processes' stdin & stdout.

In future (IMHO) we ought to use qemu -monitor 
pipe:/var/some/well/known/random/pipe so that no daemon should be needed.
