[libvirt] [PATCHv2 09/14] vcpu: support all flags in test driver



v2: new patch in series

* src/test/test_driver.c (testDomainGetVcpusFlags)
(testDomainSetVcpusFlags): Support all flags.
(testDomainUpdateVCPUs): Update cpu count here.
