[libvirt] [PATCH] build: skip xenapi driver when building for RHEL

Hmm - there's probably other things we could do to sync libvirt.spec.in
back with RHEL builds; for example, the fact that RHEL 6.0 beta builds
ESX by default needs to be updated here.
