You need to check for _NS=  here, and want to see the following

$ grep _NS= /boot/config-2.6.34.6-54.fc13.x86_64 
CONFIG_CGROUP_NS=y
CONFIG_UTS_NS=y
CONFIG_IPC_NS=y
CONFIG_USER_NS=y
CONFIG_PID_NS=y
CONFIG_NET_NS=y
