[libvirt] [PATCH] build: use gnulib passfd for simpler SCM_RIGHTS code



* bootstrap.conf (gnulib_modules): Add passfd.
* src/util/util.c (virFileOpenAs): Simplify.
---

It's always nice to shove the maintenance burden onto gnulib.
