[libvirt] [PATCH] maint: whitespace cleanup



* cfg.mk (sc_TAB_in_indentation): Check more files.
* .dir-locals.el (html-mode): Let emacs help out.
* docs/internals/command.html.in: Fix offenders.
* docs/formatdomain.html.in: Likewise.
* docs/internals.html.in: Likewise.
