[libvirt] [PATCH] Add AM_MAINTAINER_MODE



Hi,
attached patchs adds AM_MAINTAINER_MODE and keeps it enabled by
defaults. This allows downstreams to turn it of via:

./configure --disable-maintainer-mode

as discussed in
