[libvirt] [PATCH 4/7] qemu: introduce qemuGetSchedulerParametersFlags



* src/qemu/qemu_driver.c (qemuGetSchedulerParameters): Move
guts...
(qemuGetSchedulerParametersFlags): ...to new callback, and honor
flags more accurately.
