[libvirt] [PATCH] build: avoid s390 compiler warnings



I noticed compiler warnings when building for the s390 architecture.

* src/node_device/node_device_udev.c (udevDeviceMonitorStartup):
Mark unused variable.
* src/nodeinfo.c (linuxNodeInfoCPUPopulate): Avoid unused variable.
