[libvirt] [PATCH] Set LIBVIRT_AUTOSTART=0 when running test suites

Occassionally some test cases will (accidentally) try to spawn
libvirtd. Set the LIBVIRT_AUTOSTART=0 environment variable to
ensure the remote driver never tries autostart.
