[libvirt] [PATCH] docs: Fix location of libvirt.conf and auth.conf



For a unprivileged user libvirt.conf and auth.conf are looked up in
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME but the docs incorrectly state that it's $XDG_CONFIG_DIR.
