[libvirt] [PATCH] virSocketAddrIsWildcard: Use IN6_IS_ADDR_UNSPECIFIED correctly



The IN6_IS_ADDR_UNSPECIFIED macro expects pointer to sin6_addr element
instead of s6_addr element.
