[libvirt] [PATCH v2] BSD: implement virNetDev(Set|Clear)IPv4Address



Provide an implementation of virNetDev(Set|Clear)IPv4Address based on
BSD ifconfig tool in addition to 'ip' from Linux iproute2 package.
