[libvirt] [PATCH] docs: mention hostname subtlety

An off-list bug report mentioned some confusion where the public
documentation of libvirt.c:virConnectGetHostname did not match
the private documentation of util/virutil.c:virGetHostname.

* src/libvirt.c (virConnectGetHostname): Tweak docs.
