[libvirt] plan for libvirt-1.2.6 next release

  In a nutshell, I went on vacations and forgot the freeze, oops sorry ! :-)
So I'm suggesting to enter freeze for 1.2.6 tomorrow, then try to
release still around the 1st next week,
