Does this problem has any progress now? I have the same problem.
# virsh shutdown vm1
error: Failed to shutdown domain vm1
error: Mount namespaces are not available on this platform:
Function not implemented from the logfile:
[2014-05-06 15:26:57 CST]: libvirtd : 5194: error : virProcessRunInMountNamespace:960 :
Mount namespaces are not available on this platform: Function not implemented
My glibc version is glibc-2.11.3-17.54.1, and virProcessRunInMountNamespace takes
the "!HAVE_SETNS" branch.
Thanks.
