[libvirt] [PATCH 22/26] virsh: Resolve Coverity NEGATIVE_RETURNS

Coverity notes that if virDomainGetCPUStats returns a negative value
into 'nparams' then when we end up at cleanup, the call to virTypedParams
will have issues
