[libvirt] [PATCH 0/5] Boot options cleanup

Remove the -bootloader option from the QEMU driver, for
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1176050
as it was only supported by xenner.

Remove the -domid option, also xenner-only.

Cleanup -boot command line generation.
