[libvirt] [PATCH 3/3] docs: drop ChangeLog-old

This is the manually maintained ChangeLog file from the CVS days.
We don't use it for anything, except shipping in the tarball. It
tends to have more info than the commit messages from that time
frame, but personally I haven't consulted it for years and all
it does is gunk up git grep results. So let's drop it
