The current XSLT is not flexible at all and requires the
source HTML to follow certain (reasonable) conventions to
the letter.

I'll make it better at some point, but converting it to
handle the new format *at all* took more time and energy
than I'm willing to spend on the task per release cycle.

So, at least for the time being, tweaking the HTML is
where it's at :)
