[libvirt] [PATCH v2 4/8] virstorageobj: Move virStoragePoolObjSourceFindDuplicate and friends up



This function is going to be made static in used in
virStoragePoolObjAssignDef(). Therefore move it and all the
static functions it calls a few lines up.
