Done.

Unfortunately I've forgotten to give Fabiano credit for his work by
including his R-bs, but I'm sure he'll forgive me - eventually ;)

And it was of course implied, but no harm in spelling it out: thank
you so much for working on this! I've wanted to add openSUSE support
for a long time but never managed to actually get around to it.

Looking forward to further patches introducing support for more
projects, adding Docker support and generally bringing the support
for openSUSE on par with that of the existing CI targets.
