[libvirt] [PATCH v3 11/52] qemu: Flatten qemuMonitorCPUDefs.cpus

Let's store qemuMonitorCPUDefInfo directly in the array of CPUs in
qemuMonitorCPUDefs rather then using an array of pointers.
