[Libvirt-cim] [PATCH 0 of 6] Add migration support

This patch set adds preliminary migration support based on the current
Virtual System Migration Profile.  It's not quite done yet, but it does
actually migrate VMs (tested with Xen).

Still needing to be done are:
 - MigrationSettingData (perhaps to include ssh/TLS flag?)
 - Something for IsMigratable methods
 - Job support
 - Indication support
