I was able to test most things, but I ran into a few problems too.  =)  
I'm seeing issues from SettingsDefineCapabilities and SystemDevice.  
I've also tested these on a clean tree (no patches), and I see the same 
problems.  So these issues could be something wrong with my environment 
or something not related to your patches.  I've added these to my list 
of things to investigate.  =)
