I tried this last night, and I saw the same error.  F9 uses Pegasus 2.7, 
while F8 used 2.6.1, which might be the cause.  I looked at the 
cimconfig options for 2.7, and I didn't notice anything obvious.  But I 
plan on looking into it more today.
