Interesting. I see proper error in this case:
virsh # net-start default
error: Failed to start network default
error: Unable to create bridge virbr0: File exists
Having said that, you shouldn't create virbr0 yourself, libvirt handles
that. On the other hand, we should produce more meaningful error
message. What's the libvirt version?
