Subject: Tech Talk: LinchPin: Hybrid cloud provisioning using Ansible
To: tech-talk-announce at redhat.com

On Monday, June 19 @ 10am EDT (blah UTC), I will be presenting on LinchPin,
a hybrid cloud provisioner using Ansible. We've recently released the 1.0
version, and would like to share its features, benefits, and usage for
those who might be interested.

The presentation will discuss the basics of LinchPin, and what has happened
since the presentation given at DevConf in January[1]. I will also cover
provisioning of cloud resources such as openstack, aws ec2, google cloud,
libvirt and more.

An overview of the architecture will be given, along with a highlight on
new features, such as the authentication driver, hooks (for doing more
beyond provisioning), and more. This will be followed by a small discussion
of the LinchPin road map for versions 1.1 and beyond.

Lastly, given enough time, I plan to do a small demonstration, showing how
to provision a small vm, with possible hooks to do some configuration.
