[LinchPin] Removing the LinchPin release1.5 branch

Hello,

On Friday, January 19, I'll be cleaning up the release1.5[1] branch from
github. The reason for this is that the head of release1.5 tree has been
merged back into the develop[2] branch. As before, the develop branch will
continue to be where pull requests and releases are handled.

This leaves three main branches on LinchPin:

* release1.0 - Tracking updates/changes to the v.1.0.x release
* release1.2 - Tracking updates/changes to the v1.2.x release
* develop - Tracking updates/changes to the current release (v1.5.x at this
time)

There is a master branch, which receives updates from time-to-time related
to releases, and is used for historical tracking of releases, tags, etc.
