audit-1.8 on redhat 5 does not accept >=

HI,
while I use man auditctl on my host, I can see auditctl accept >= in -F.
However, I met the  same problem as

I wonder this is a bug or I missed something.

My linux version
Redhat 5 & audit-1.8
