Yes, please do as I forgot to do so.

Also, I posted a patch earlier (lacks a signed off there too, sorry!) 
which runs through the entire to_do list in the op in 
cachefiles_read_copier() and eliminates the 8 page limit and what to me 
looks like a racy to_do list check for op resubmission.  Do you agree 
with that patch?
